Ifeanyi Okonkwo, fondly called “Inspy,” is a natural leader and visionary with a deep passion for inspiring people, particularly youth, whom he believes are the catalysts for innovation and creativity in every nation. His dedication to leadership and creativity has been a driving force throughout his career, influencing his commitment to maximizing human potential.

As an undergraduate, Ifeanyi founded the FrankCorners Foundation, a mentoring platform focused on academics, leadership, career development, and personal growth. This initiative has produced remarkable leadership success stories across schools, organizations, and groups. His passion for innovation has also led him to venture into digital business support and development, creating opportunities for young people in the digital economy.

Equipped with a B.Sc. in Management from the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria, Ifeanyi complements his academic achievements with certifications in Human Resource Management (HRM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Project Management (PM), and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE Levels 1, 2, and 3) from Alpha Consultancy Services, Lagos, Nigeria.

In 2020, he graduated as the best in his department and was recognized with a commendation letter from the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) for his outstanding leadership as a Corps Camp Director (CCD) in 2021. Post-NYSC, Ifeanyi pursued a career in communications and public relations at a media agency in Lagos, where he honed his skills in public relations and social media strategy.

Currently, Ifeanyi is a leader, personal development coach, content creator, and digital marketer, bringing over three years of impactful experience in people management and creative solutions. His role as a street reporter and interviewer with JobShow International has empowered job seekers across Nigeria, providing them with pathways to financial freedom through strategic initiatives in partnership with the JobShow team.
